I have just had a letter from Orange informing me my present package at £14.99(broadband only) no longer exists, and that in 30 days time they will move me to another package costing £19.99. I emailed them asking why the sudden increase, and they replied that due to changes in their set up I was no longer in the Orange Network Range, and because they had to pay increased charges to the Exchange to get their brouadband to me, they were having to increase the charges. Luckly my contract has run out so I will be phoning them in the morning for my M.A.C. code. I wondered if anyone else has had this problem. |
