FR - I've always had, what was known, as the "middle" BB package which, according to an old invoice, was "L".
It was only whilst checking for something else that I noticed I was entitled to their basic TV for free, hence the phone call to them. It was then that I was informed that for what I'm paying, I could have (or rather my BB) a free upgrade to 20Mb.
Greysts - you and I were definitely on the same middle priced BB package.
It looks like they've got rid of the original "lower" BB package (possibly called "M"), the original middle deal ("L") now being the lowest (which is what you and I had), the "highest" deal now being the middle, and the new 50Mb being the highest.
I must add that I have got a new 12 month contract (don't recall receiving one of them ever before!) but I'm happy with 20Mb, the TV (which has iPlayer and Channels 3 and 4 catch ups), and the 24/7 phone line for just under £39 p.m.
