I'm in exactly the same position. I phoned them to-day and they've said they will reduce my monthly charge to the current "L" amount for 2Mbps of £18 (actually less due to 15% VAT) and it will remain at that figure for my 10Mbps, but it did mean a new 12 month contract. They didn't offer 20Mbps for my current £25 but, if I recall the discussion correctly, I could have had it for £30.
