However it was surely that's how the finbal invoice after cancelling should/could have been paid. You say they've taken monies from you via your CC for services, presumably, but you don't say whether they were legitimate invoices. If they weren't then the account holder needs to deal with it - if that the case why isn't she. If they were legitimate... ![]() Seems to me the lesson you've learned is never stand surety for anyone with your financial details without reading the small print... And, I think the real issue here is whether the invoicing was correct or not. |
