I appreciate what you say FR. So far (touch wood) I am in a position to answer all your questions in a positive way: connection has never failed...have never lost it...I am on 5GB monthly which is ample for my needs...they advertise "up to 8meg" and I am getting a satisfactory 7 (drops at peak times to about 5)...some teething problems initially which were sorted by telephone (free UK centre and no language barriers) and emails. The future will tell if I stay with them when out of contract (one year for BB, phone is on 15 days notice) but so far, so good. Thanks for your input. |
