Don't use PO for broadband, but do for phone and was happy UNTIL I had a line fault. That is when you discover how poor the customer service is. A nightmare to get through to, when you do they expect you to test the phone BEFORE They will send out an engineer (they also expect you to call back and go through all the 'Listen to the following options JUST to get a the date the engineer will call)............
Could go on, but am currently entangled with them trying to get some compensation for not having a phone for a month. And they basically get BT out to fix the lines.
