I definately would not recommend pipex to anyone.
I joined them in may and signed up for broadband and talk package,here we are in august and still waiting for my talk package.
I have phoned them repeatedly,e-mailed them and they keep saying its a system problem at their end,when this contract expires next year they can get lost.
