The site is "The Paul Bradley Collection", I'm following in the footsteps of the comedian Dave Gorman and trying to find as many people as I can who have the same name as me - Paul Bradley. I have tried finding namesakes through email search engines and subscribing to Friends Reunited and email lots of people called Paul Bradley on there. The site has been around for about a month and 13 PB's have been found at the time of writing.
