Ditto with me, make it lighter, and (this may be just me) it don't like the banner at the top - especially the Lucida font. Also, if you want to, try changing the main body font from Times New Roman to something more appealing, perhaps Verdana?
Only thoughts & good luck in promoting it; I've never managed anybody to link to me!
