I am a silver surfer and I have published my knowledge of our local village on a non commercial website which has been in existence since 1988. Cottingley's main claim to fame is the legend of the Cottingley Fairies perpetrated by two local cousins in 1917. The site is http://www.cottingleyconnect.org.uk.
