Hi there.
I run a non profit, non commercial games review site. (Amazon affiliate shop link removed now)
I started it about 6 months ago and have been trying to keep it up to date ever since!
Users are invited to register and add their own reviews. If they keep submitting stuff I like they get invited to join the core review team.
It is asp driven by a mysql db and is written from scratch.
