No worries Jim, that's the reason for posting.
I think I am going to remove the coloured links and put something a bit more clean into the header. I like the other sections to it, so hopefully some simple crisp links will prove more successful.
I also think your right, not having content on their always detract from a positive overall impression. Once I get all the section live then I'll seek further criticism.
