Firefox blocked that pop up with me too. I clicked on the Options for it and had a look at the URL. It's the URL for the site followed by "votepopup.htm", so I don't think it's harmful. Maybe it would be better to have a link to that vote thing , rather than a pop up. Most people have pop up blockers these days and are a bit wary of viewing pop ups.
