Well, I'm not sure about the navigation.

You seem to have used frames - so the menu on the homepage is on the left hand side. However, on following any of the links that main menu on the left is lost, so the user can't navigate around very easily.

On this page:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mark.evetts/mark's_homepage_00000d.htm
you need to change this:

<A class=s1 HREF="mark's_homepage_000009.htm">Web Links</A>

to this:

<A class=s1 HREF="mark's_homepage_000009.htm" target="Framecef6d0">Web Links</A>

That way the links from your links window will open in the right hand window,

Overall the design seems a bit plain, and the layout feels a bit messy in places. For example, on this page: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mark.evetts/mark's_homepage_000009.htm there seem to be large gaps at the top and bottom.

Anyway, those are some initial thoughts.
