A friend asked me if it was safe to download mycorkboard, and as you do I downloaded the file to check for viruses. I have not and do not intend to run the file.

As AVG highlighted a virus on the exe file but not on a full scan I posted here for guidance and constructive feedback not......

why do you want to turn an expensive tool, such as a PC into an item used to display the rubbish that you get when you install "my corkboard". Perhaps your PC is rebelling and causing these problems for you on purpose? Maybe its doing this to teach you lesson to not degrade it for such meaningless tasks?
