HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!!

My friend cannot see her website and other sites that are using my own servers and I do not know why. For some reason this problem only occurs for AOL users, however not all AOL users.

When trying to access the sites it does not display anything, but it does work if users use thier AOL browser instead of Internet Explorer. I am not sure if it's a problem with AOL or the users Internet Explorer and I really need some help with this. Your help would be very much appreciated!
