Where abouts is this Run box? When I right click on the IE icon and then left click properties I get 7 different tabs (General, Security, Privacy...) none of them mention a run option or have a maximised tick box, please can you help a bit more. It is IE 6 I am running so maybe it is a previous version you are describing.
