Hi All,

I'm a new user of MSN Messenger since 2 weeks ago. I use it now to speak to my family in Canada and we both have web cams.

The problem is when we get connected each time, I invite them to view my web cam but as soon as they accept, my modem just goes dead. (I'm on broadband) Then a few seconds later the modem comes back on and I have to reconnect to everything again. After a couple of goes it does start to work. Last night my family decided to reboot their computer and came back on line, then the web cams worked OK.

Does anyone knows if it's MSN Messenger, Web Cam or a Modem problem?

I'd be grateful if someone could help me.
