WPA and bthomehub headache!

Hello
I was wondering if you could offer some assistance with the following situation: We changed our home hub to WPA-PSK encryption as stated in BT online help articles and ever since our connection has become very erratic and we're often disconnected from the net for several hours or connected at very low speeds. We also get the following message "windows was unable to find a certificate to log you onto network BT-homehub" Thanks for any assistance you can offer
