Wi-Fi Problem

I am using a Zylex Wireless Modem Router. I am connected to my desktop via an ethernet cable and have a laptop and Wii connected wirelessly. If I have the Wii or the laptop on, I am unable to connect using the desktop unless I rebot the router or turn off the laptop / Wii.
Any ideas how to get round this?
