The laptop I'm using has XP Pro. I have the Local Connection showing as disabled, to connect using the Ethernet card. How do I change this to connect using the USB dongle thingy?
If I right-click and enable the above, it comes up "A network cable is unplugged"
The desktop I'm trying to connect is Win 200 and that seems to be OK so far, but I can't tell properly until I've got the laptop sorted.
