You could set up your computer as an FTP or Web Server.
This is easily done with a program such as Cerberus FTP server or Twiglight Utilities Web Server.
FTP: For this it is possible to use IE though online ftp clients such as http://secure.isandt.com/wwwftp
HTTP: Set a folder as the web folder for the server to "serve" and then you can acces them from anywhere
