I think the point trying to be made waggers, is if you have trouble with your router and ultimately it effects your ability to use your NTL connection correctly, NTL will not help you at all.
In other words they don't and won't support you or the router in question unless it is an approved router which NTL supply.
This will apply to all the broadband providers also.
