I am slowly going mad here!

I have replaced my Speedtouch 330 ADSL modem with the above in order to setup a small home network. I am on Pipex ISP and have got all settings from them (although only useful when I can connect!)

The modem/router appears to be working OK, ie the red ALM LED briefly lights and goes out, the green LAN, WLAN and WAN LEDS also light up in turn (all as per manual). That seems to indicate that it is connected. BUT the systray icon shows no connectivity so I can never get to the point of opening the browser and getting a result from entering http://192.168.1.1 (per manual) or http://192.168.0.1 (is this correct?)

I am running Win XP Pro and have Zone Alarm Pro plus AV software. For the purposes of sorting this out I have disabled ZAP but that makes no difference.

Can anyone help please?
