argghghgh head hurting trying to connect mobile to my tiscali internet

hi
am trying to connect my bluetooth mobilephone to my home internet connection
via bluetooth i am running windows xp sp2
i can send and recive files fine. But i just cant seem connect my computer to my fone so i can surf the net on my fone but use my pc's internet connection
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sum 1 help me on this 1
