Can you please delete your OLD version of HJT and d/load the latest from :-
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
Double-click the file you've just downloaded and click on the unzip button
to install the program.
It will be installed to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ folder by default.
then post a fresh HJT log.
