I did all of the above...the computer is running a tad smoother, but it is still very slow. IE and Firefox hangs a lot and it is very slow still. What about the Trojan Horses and JavaByteVerify? Are they now gone? I don't have extensive knowledge of computers, but are the viruses or the causes gone from my computer...they were/are in the Virus Vault in my AVG...what does that mean exactly? Thanks for all the help so far by the way..I really appreciate it.
