Open HijackThis again, select "Do a System Scan only" and place a checkmark in the boxes before the following entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4EFB-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)

Close all other open windows and click on Fix checked, then exit HijackThis.

If the start up issue is now sorted then please create a System Restore Point on your system

You can do this the next time you restart your system by going to

Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Select the "Create a restore point" option and input a description for "eg": System Good.
