did you look at C:\ComboFix.txt for the combofix log ?
are you still getting the zlob alerts ?
if so :-
click on START\RUN and type CMD then hit OK.
at the prompt type in these commands one at a time. hitting enter after each.
please take note of the "space" between g and / in each of them.
ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /flushdns
Ipconfig /renew
Ipconfig /registerdns
exit the DOS window and reboot your computer.
