I edited my above post just after you'd read it with some more info.

When I call up the task manager all I have is the box - with no tabs at the top.

I can scroll down using the mouse wheel, but dragging the blue bar at the side has no effect!

AMD Athlon XP2400+

512MB DD Ram

120GB HD

ATI 9000/128MB DDR

If I mouse over the task manager icon in taskbar (I have no options at the top of the task manager window), CPU usage is at 4% - this has been at 100% on occasion.

regsvr32 Msjava.dll it says "LoadLibrary("MSjava.dll") failed - the specified module could not be found.

All others succeeded.
