Thanks for all the advice/help i am no longer getting the warnings about this virus
One thing I would like to know is about the following.

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://memberservices.tesco.net
I have not used tesco internet for namy years and presume this is where they originate from - is it safe to delete or should I leave them.
