I was interested to see the “Sell your old mobile” article in the latest issue of WebUser as I have one kicking about the house doing nothing. When I saw the price offered I had to ask myself if it was worth the bother but decided to go ahead.

However when you reach the page where you need to enter your personal details I noticed the page is NOT secure and I aborted the transaction. Earlier this week I tried to set up a Direct Debit for my BT account and the relevant page is also NOT secure. The moral of this is BEWARE before giving anyone, even reputable firms your details.
