Thanks Gazlee, but the problem is not server side but at the client end.
In the past I have had to cycle around to each old committee member and remove organisation's address, and visit each new member and add that to their email client.
Using Fusion's assistance, I can now set up popcorn for the new committee member in the comfort of my own operating environment and then zip it and distribute by post. I can even ask ex members to return the inf file so we have their correspondence history.
Remaining problem overcoming reluctance to use different email software - fault as usual between keyboard and chair
