Exactly

Using Outlook or outlook express committee members (not computer savvy) often mix their own and the organisation's email.

"When adding and setting up the account(s), in the Incoming mail server (POP3) box, add mail.@organisation.co.uk or what ever format your ISP uses, then in the SMTP box, add smtp.whatevryourispis.com."

This would be ok but would mean a visit to each ex committee member and each new committee member - this is what I would like to avoid.

If the members were not using outlook express personally then ins or isp files could be distributed but these would not create separate file structures for organisation and personal mail

Would popcorn or ymail fit the bill?

many thanks for your thoughts on this, I am sure it is not an uncommon requirement.
