Re: email solution sought

Just to clarify, do you have web host who supplied you with a 'Domain' and part of the package is x amount of POP email addresses.

If so, as you say you will opted to use chairman, secretary, treasurer etc. @organisation.co.uk.

You can easily use say Outlook/Outlook Express for instance to send and receive mails.

When adding and setting up the account(s), in the Incoming mail server (POP3) box, add mail.@organisation.co.uk or what ever format your ISP uses, then in the SMTP box, add smtp.whatevryourispis.com.

You will also have to fill in the rest of the settings as required by your ISP provider.
