Checking emails in Outlook - password problem

I check emails using Outlook 2002 SP3 & WinXP Pro. I have been running with a wanadoo mail address for 5+ years. In the last 3 months it keeps asking me for network password. I enter it but it just asks again. This info is already correctly set up in my email acc info. If I cancel it I get error message as below. But if I keep clicking enter, after 20-30 times of entering it I receive my emails. At another property I have also recently taken out another Orange broadband package as orangehome.co.uk (sucker - I know!) & this runs concurrently on the same laptop without any problem. Can anyone advise how to resolve it please. Driving me mad!!
