Fast / high speed video chat messenger ?

Can anyone please let me know of any messenger that allows voice chat + High speed (not like yahoo msngr) video chat as well. I did try Skype which has both but it does not find my webcam attached. yahoo & msn quickly find the connected webcam but skype dont. Any other similar program with voice & high speed video chat. thks all.
