I'm using Windows XP SP2, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 and Spyware Terminator on a Dell laptop with Office 2007. Whenever I open Outlook 2007 I get the following 'Internet Security Warning': 'The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. A certificate chain was processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider'. There is now a box to click for 'View certificate' then 'Do you want to continue using this server?' followed by Yes and No options. I've been clicking Yes. Send/Receive then starts up and I can receive email from both my email accounts, but Outlook keeps trying to send 4 messages that have been deleted from my Outbox. If I try and send anything, it just sits in my Outbox until I finally give up and delete it, then it adds itself to the phantom/deleted emails, which it attempts to send the next time. It's really frustrating as I have to use my web based Gmail to send anything. PLEASE can someone help - it's driving me mad! |
