MS Outlook : can emails be forwarded to another email addy ?

Hello All,
I use MS outlook at work & i do not check my emails most of the time but i do receive important email.
a) Is there a way that i can forward all incoming emails so i may even check them at home ?
b) when i send an email from my work email, can the reply/replies be sent to my personal email ?
