What version of Outlook are you using?

There is so much customization that can be done in Outlook, it's difficult at times to picture what you already have showing and what route to take.
When I first started using Outlook, opposed the Outlook Express, it was a big learning curve. I used to press every tab available to see what each does. At times, and even now, not remembering how I got where, and by what menu.

Re the 'No Arrange By' in the View tab:

Right click on View > Customize > Commands. Can you see 'View' in the right pane?

ps . . . I find the Help section on the Menu Bar, or press F1 most helpful. Input your query in the 'Search for' > Search, and in the next help window, select 'Microsoft Office Online' > Search. You obviously need to be connected to take advantage of the extra content to view.
