Dealing with your last post first: On the Tools menu > Options > Email Options > Advanced Email Options > Under 'When sending a message' clear the 'Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields' check box. To keep the Bcc on the blank mail page > Click the arrow to the right of the Options button > Click Bcc. To request a read receipt > Tools > Options > Email Options > Tracking Options > Your choice. Stopping Signature sending > Tools Options > Mail Format > Select an account > Signature for new messages > None > Repeat for each account. To delete messages in bulk, Open the folder in question > Edit on Menu Bar > Select all > Delete. If you want them permanently deleting, press the shift key at the same time as the delete key. Setting up mailboxes with headers . . . . etc > Whilst in Outlook > View > Arrange By > Current View > Customize current view > Fields > Add or remove entries > Use the move tabs to position them. You can short cut this action by Right clicking in an existing Field > Customize current view > Etc. Hope this is of some help. To add, depending on which email editor you use, ie Word or Outlooks own, some of the answers can be slightly different. Not quite sure what you mean by: 'putting multiple email addresses in a drop down 'from' menu'. You would still have to select each one from the menu as you do in the accounts tab. |
