Wasn't there a similar French 'action' against Itunes - in that you could not play Itunes tracks directly on other MP3s?
It was a nice idea, but like most things, never gets over the border.
I read the letter in this week's WebUser, but WHY did the guy buy ANOTHER when he got ripped off once? Duh!
