I use Turbo Lister quite a bit. If you have loads of items you want listing you can just do a few a day and then list them all on Ebay at the same time.
Give it a go and see how you get on with it. Remember to save a template of your first listing, that way most of the important stuff like postage, payment etc is already pre-filled for your next listing, it saves the time of keep typing it out again.
