Centre alignment

I've been keeping a website (see link below Island Life)for a number of years now using wysiwyg as I'm no good with HTML code. I am trying to create a countdown clock on my TT page and have managed to do this by creating it on another site and copying and pasting the HTML code. All works fine except that I would like it in the centre of my page. I've tried all sorts to no avail. I know it's a very simple matter but I'm a simple person. Any help much appreciated.
