link to paypal on MS Publisher site

Hi,
I'd like to have some kind of paypal system on my website (created in MS Publisher) - even if it's just a link to paypal where my e-mail address fills in automatically. I don't have a full shop facility, people need to e-mail me to arrange purchases, but it would make it easier if they could pay for it easily.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
