I've been a satisfied 123-reg customer fo many years. But I've only used them for the fairly simple taks of registering domain names and setting up email forwarding. Recently I changed nameservers for a domain I registered with them as I had setup webspace with an alternative provider (ukwebhosting.co.uk). The nameserver change worked fine for finding my site on the web - but for email sit has really messed up. I can email my users on the domain from any email user I have (such as my work one, or my sky broadband one) - but if I try to forward email to the domain from a different 123-reg domain I have I get error 550. I have been getting this for nearly I week now. I contacted customer support at 123-reg on Sunday and have heard nothing back from the since. I am emailing them daily to see if anyone is even looking at my problem - but so far no response at all. I am sorely dissapointed. I shall keep a count of how long it takes the mto respnd and post it here. Ian |
