Re: Access to Homecall Webspace

For info, I discovered that the reason I was unable to access the site was because I was not logged on via a Homecall account, but via my own ISP. I have suggested to Homecall Tech Support that it might be helpful if this point was made clear in their FAQs or help pages - and that Tech Support staff are made aware!
