You mean something like this?
<input style="background-color: #A4E2C4; color: #339966; font-weight: bold; cursor: hand" type=submit value=Submit name=B1>
That sets a colored background and text on the button (in my example mid-green text on a light green button). It also makes the cursor change to the pointing finger when it hovers over it. :)
Unfortunately really only works in Internet Explorer, so you could use a graphic instead.
