Looking at your pages it seems that the keywords are coming from the template rather than the individual pages. I can see that you have placed some keywords on the homepage, but they are right at the top of the code rather than within the <head> tags.

Couple of other points:
You have placed <strong> tags within your keywords, I'm not sure what you are trying to do here, but at best they will be ignored and at worse they will confuse the search engines.

Your page titles say "MCA_Oral Exams information" throughout your site - i'd suggest you make the titles reflect the page they are on.

You have alot of styles and javascript in your page - consider putting these in css and js include files.

Other than that - the site looks good, it easy to navigate and seems to have lots of good quality content!
