I'm adding a word of caution about this. Right now there is a spam email going around offering reciprocal links to "quality relevant sites". They claim the other party is interested in linking to your site as it relates to their own topic. It's junk, I am still trying to figure out how local interest and tableware are connected? In short, avoid these emails as they only exist to dupe the unwary into confirming the mailbox is active for spammers, do your own research for suitable promotion, so you know the source is reliable.

Personally though, I never promote my domain. Why should I? Google has it, as do others, from their spiders, but in reality I started it up for myself, as an interesting diversion. Traffic is unimportant to me, if you visit and like that's kewl, if you don't, shrug it's no loss to me.
